The TIP Tool provides email notifications at various stages of the idea management process. Email notifications are sent to stakeholders when:
- An idea is published
- An idea is approved
- An idea is moved between different workflow stages
- A draft is uploaded in an idea in the Patent Drafting Stage
- Value and/or patentability scores are updated
- An application is published, granted or an Office Action is issued
The frequency of the emails can be set by an admin of the portfolio. To set the email frequency:
Go to the Admin Panel of the portfolio.
Click on the ‘Nurturing’ tab. The list of delivery options and their corresponding are provided on the tab.
Click on the preferred email delivery option for your portfolio. The notifications would be received by the users accordingly.
