The latest version of the TIP Tool provides real time collaboration capabilities. What this means is that two or more users can edit an idea at the same time. The changes would start reflecting to the other user in a real time basis together with the name of the user making that change.
Further, through the help of a time slider, the users can also identify who had made the change and when. For that, simply open the saved idea in an editable format.
Below the summary section, there is a time slider option.
Click on the timeslider.
Move the bar to identify the changes done in the summary section of the idea form through its creation including details such as user name and time.
Further, at every stage of the process, users can also add comments to the ideas and tag others for their specific attention and thoughts.
