Abstract:
A dust cover is configured to cover an outer side of a damper extending in a predetermined direction. The dust cover includes bellows portions and a flange portion. The bellows portions are inclined alternately toward a radially outer side and a radially inner side in an axial direction. The flange portion extends radially outward from a cylindrical portion of the dust cover. The flange portion protrudes radially outward from the cylindrical portion of the dust cover by a dimension larger than a height dimension in a radial direction between a radially inner end and a radially outer end of each of the bellows portions. A thickness of the flange portion is larger than a thickness of the radially outer end of each of the bellows portions.

Abstract:
A vehicle notification apparatus is configured to make a notification for an occupant depending on a running status of a vehicle and includes a vehicle status determination device, a display device, a steering wheel sensor, and a calculation control device. The vehicle status determination device is configured to determine, on the basis of a threshold, whether a notification is to be made for the running status. The display device is configured to display a predetermined notification in a case where the vehicle status determination device determined that the notification is to be made. The steering wheel sensor is configured to detect a rotation angle of a steering wheel while the display device is displaying the predetermined notification. The calculation control device is configured to supplement or change the displayed predetermined notification on the basis of the detected rotation angle of the steering wheel.

Abstract:
A hybrid electric vehicle includes an engine, a motor, a battery, a coupling mechanism, an electric power generating mechanism, and a vehicle controller. The engine and motor drive driving wheels. The battery supplies electric power for running to the motor. The coupling mechanism switches coupling of the engine and the driving wheels between direct coupling and buffering coupling. The electric power generating mechanism generates electric power. The vehicle controller switches a running mode of the hybrid electric vehicle between a first running mode and a second running mode with higher running performance. The vehicle controller limits the electric power generation under a first condition when the buffering coupling is applied during the first running mode and limits the electric power generation under a second condition less limited than the first condition when the buffering coupling is applied during the second running mode.
