Abstract:
An apparatus and system to provide an enhanced repetition mechanism for PUCCH coverage enhancement are described. The resource allocation and handling mechanisms for collisions with semi-static downlink symbols and invalid symbols are described. The UE receives a PUCCH resource in RRC signalling. The PUCCH resource includes a starting symbol and number of symbols of a PUCCH repetition in a slot and a repetition factor that indicates a number of repetitions. For contiguous repetitions, a repetition that crosses a slot boundary is dropped or segmented. A segmented portion equal to 3 symbols is not transmitted.

Abstract:
FETs including a gated oxide semiconductor spacer interfacing with a channel semiconductor. Transistors may incorporate a non-oxide channel semiconductor, and one or more oxide semiconductors disposed proximal to the transistor gate electrode and the source/drain semiconductor, or source/drain contact metal. In advantageous embodiments, the oxide semiconductor is to be gated by a voltage applied to the gate electrode (i.e., gate voltage) so as to switch the oxide semiconductor between insulating and semiconducting states in conjunction with gating the transistor's non-oxide channel semiconductor between on and off states.

Disclosed in some examples, are devices, methods, systems, and machine readable mediums that provide for automated goods exchange between autonomous vehicles while the autonomous vehicles are still in motion. This may be used to efficiently ship packages long distances as well as to transfer goods to consumers. This allows shippers to transfer goods from one truck to another without having to stop and unload the truck, decreasing costs by limiting human involvement and improving efficiency. Likewise, mobile merchants, such as food trucks, may sell to consumers in cars without having to stop to perform the exchange, increasing the convenience to consumers.
