Publication number: US20170255903A1
Application number: 15/060,913

Abstract:
Systems and techniques to determine, substantially in real time, an estimated ship date or an estimated delivery date associated with a product are described. A commitment engine may receive, from a computing device, data associated with a product that comprises a built-to-order product. The commitment engine may determine whether the product is eligible for one of direct shipment, international parcel direct, or hard merge shipment. The commitment engine may determine a shipping method for the product, determine the estimated ship date, the estimated delivery date or both, and send a message to the computing device information identifying at least one of the estimated ship date or the estimated delivery date.

Application number: 14/844,653

Abstract:
In certain information handling system environments, universal serial bus (USB) attached small computer interface (SCSI) protocol (UASP) devices may be connected to a client and redirected to a server or other information handling system. Some operating systems (OS) of a server may not support UASP. Rather than installing non-certified or expensive third party software, a virtual disk enumerator may retrieve the relevant information of the redirected UASP device and determine that all requests to the virtual UASP device must be redirected to the disk stack of the client for processing.

Application number: 13/916,044

Abstract:
In one embodiment, a system includes a device and first and second processors. The first and second processors are configured to access first information. The first information includes a first parameter and a second parameter. The first parameter is associated with a position of the device relative to the first processor. The second parameter is associated with a position of the device relative to the second processor. The system is configured to access second information associated with a virtual machine. The virtual machine is configured to run on a host operating system. The virtual machine includes a guest operating system configured to communicate with the device. The system is also configured to automatically select the first processor based at least on the first information and the second information and to associate the virtual machine with the first processor in response to automatically selecting the first processor.
