Abstract:
Disclosed herein include systems, methods, compositions, and kits for measuring the secretion level of a secreted factor of a single cell. Disclosed herein include solid supports comprising a plurality of capture probes capable of specifically binding to secreted factors secreted by a single cell. In some of the embodiments, at least two of the capture probes are capable of binding different secreted factors. Also disclosed herein include secreted factor-binding reagents capable of specifically binding to a secreted factor bound by a capture probe. Secreted factor-binding reagents can comprise a detectable moiety, or a precursor thereof. Secreted factor-binding reagents capable of binding the same secreted factor comprise the same detectable moiety, or a precursor thereof, and secreted factor-binding reagents capable of binding different secreted factors can comprise different detectable moieties, or precursors thereof.

Application number: 17/543,858

Abstract:
A pierceable cap may be used for containing sample specimens. The pierceable cap may prevent escape of sample specimens before transfer with a transfer device. The pierceable cap may fit over a vessel. An access port in the shell of the pierceable cap may allow passage of a transfer device through the pierceable cap. The shell receives a septum that has four half dome indentations, each indentation defining a quadrant of the septum interior. The indentations are separated by the septum floor which extends along respective first and second diameters of the septum and intersect at approximately ninety degrees. The half dome indentations guide a transfer device to the partially slitted portion of the septum floor.

Abstract:
A needle hub assembly for a pen needle includes a needle hub, an inner shield and an outer cover. The open end of the outer cover is closed by a removable seal to access the needle hub. The needle hub has a body with a shoulder and a tower extending from the body for supporting a cannula. The inner shield fits over the tower and the cannula and includes a flange that has an outer dimension complementing the outer dimension of the needle hub and contacts the shoulder of the needle hub in the assembled condition. The outer cover encloses the needle hub and the inner shield and includes a stop member on an inner surface that contacts the flange of the inner shield to capture the inner shield between the shoulder of the needle hub and the outer cover.
